The inner pouch is filled with organic flax seeds, organic lavender flowers, organic lavender, and organic sage essential oils. Mildly scented for a relaxing escape and therapeutic session.

Can be used as a Hot or Cold Compress. Microwave for 30-45 seconds. The eye pillows are weighted to deliver moist heat and gentle pressure. Place in freezer for 1-3 hours and apply as needed.
